The 3-Month One-on-One In-Person Coaching Program includes guided conversation in beautiful mountain settings. All sessions take place while engaging in challenging physical activities such as hiking with high elevation gain, trail running, mountaineering, cold water immersion in alpine lakes and rivers — all while applying the 6 Frameworks together.

Between sessions, you apply the 6 Frameworks independently — the foundation for feeling well every day — to maximize progress and strengthen practical application.

Two format options are available:

Format A — Weekly Session + Monthly Full Day: Every week we meet twice for 90-minute sessions. Once a month, one of those sessions is replaced by a full 8-hour session — 55.5 hours total. Total Program Price: $9,712

Format B — Weekly Session + Weekly Full Days: Every week we meet twice — once for a 90-minute session and once for a full 8-hour session — 114 hours total. Total Program Price: $19,950
