According to PLW Life Coaching, our success in generating well-being depends on how much we respect the following six laws that govern reality: the Law of Vibration, the Law of Polarity, the Law of Cause and Effect, the Law of Gestation, the Law of Rhythm, and the Law of Perpetual Transmutation.

The more we violate them because we want to play by our own rules, the more we generate penalties in the form of ill-being, making us feel unwell.

The plan: The goal was to summit Iztaccíhuatl, one of Mexico's highest stratovolcanoes at 5,230 meters, located in the Izta-Popo Zoquiapan National Park. The objective was also to face the active volcano Popocatépetl directly and witness its eruption. Since climbing Popocatépetl is strictly prohibited due to its ongoing volcanic activity, summiting Iztaccíhuatl represents the only legal way to get close enough to observe it erupt.

The Route: Starting from the Izta-Popo Zoquiapan National Park entrance, we followed the trail to the La Joya trailhead at 4,010 meters and continued along the Ruta Normal up the ridge of Iztaccíhuatl. We spent the night at the Refugio de los Cien, a metal shelter on the mountain, before pushing on to Las Rodillas at 5,100 meters.

The Law of Polarity is the foundation of the key principle of Pure Love World Life Coaching: prioritizing the invisible over the visible. The Law of Polarity states that there are only two sides based on opposites. It acts like a switch with only two positions. Either off or on. Black or white. Feeling unwell or feeling well. Unhealthy or healthy. Unfit or fit. Overweight or thin.

The invisible and the visible are opposites. Being dishonest and being honest are opposites. Being unhealthy and being healthy are opposites. And being a woman and being a man are opposites. There is nothing in the middle — we are always predominantly on one side or its opposite.

Most people, including health professionals like coaches and therapists, reject and violate the Law of Polarity because it is too harsh and difficult to choose between only two sides or options. Instead of accepting the two switch options, they create the Countless Dimmer Options. Instead of aligning with the Law of Polarity, they play by their own rules by creating options and methods within that dimmer that align with their best interest. The Untruth and not the Truth. And that is why they feel predominantly unwell.

To understand the Law of Polarity in practice, let us consider a bad argument between two people. To resolve this dispute, Pure Love World Life Coaching applies the switch method — based on predominance, one of them is predominantly responsible and must fully take responsibility. This creates discomfort at first, however, it leads to sustainable resolution, producing well-being in the long term.

Conventional health professionals, however, apply the Countless Dimmer Options by acknowledging countless personality types, safe spaces, or shared responsibility. They state that both are equally responsible and must find a middle ground. They do it because it is easier and more comfortable, as it prevents pointing the finger at the one person who is predominantly at fault. The problem is it violates the Law of Polarity, prevents them from finding sustainable resolution, produces ill-being, and that is why they feel unwell.
