All programs consist of meeting twice a week for guided conversations. PLW Life Coaching works. That is why it comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days you are not feeling significantly better, simply contact me and I will issue a full refund.

Between sessions, you apply the 6 Frameworks — the foundation for feeling well every day — to maximize progress and strengthen practical application.

The One-on-One Online and Group Online programs include 36 hours of guided conversation over three months — two 90-minute sessions per week.

The One-on-One In-Person and Group In-Person programs offer two format options:

Format A — Weekly Session + Monthly Full Day: Every week we meet twice for 90-minute sessions. Once a month, one of those sessions is replaced by a full 8-hour session — 55.5 hours total. Total Program Price: $9,712

Format B — Weekly Session + Weekly Full Days: Every week we meet twice — once for a 90-minute session and once for a full 8-hour session — 114 hours total. Total Program Price: $19,950

Group programs are more impactful than one-on-one programs. We reinforce each other's mission of feeling well by motivating and transforming together. The more people involved, the more energy we generate — the more benefits we give to each other.
