Daniel, the creator of this coaching approach, suffered from migraines between the ages of 18 and 42. Every other year in July, when the heat came, they would strike — lasting two to three weeks on and off. In his quest to overcome them once and for all, the breakthrough came before his brother's wedding celebration. The last thing he wanted was to suffer from migraines that day. And in that moment, he realized something: he had been inviting them. Through his thoughts. He had conditioned himself to expect them by cultivating anxious and fearful thoughts. That created the very reality he was afraid of. What we give energy to grows. And his thoughts had been giving energy to the manifestation of migraines for years without his awareness.
Thanks to that realization, Daniel instantly replaced those fearful thoughts with confident thoughts infused with complete certainty — the certainty that he would live a life without migraines. And he never got them again.
