How to overcome and break free from anxiety and depression naturally and sustainably.

In the conventional world we treat anxiety and depression with external powers. Including harmful pills, therapists, psychologists, and doctors who prescribe the pills. And we reject responsibility for embodying anxiety or depression by blaming others such as our partner. Consequently we take action by leaving them.

With Pure Love World Life Coaching we use internal powers. Anxiety and depression take root in the mental, emotional, and physical level because our human existence is founded on three interconnected levels of existence: the mind, the soul, and the body.

We can break free from anxiety and depression — and other negative emotional states of being such as anger, fear, and irritation — by investing in these three levels, all while prioritizing the invisible over the visible.

We must invest at the mental level by replacing the negative anxious and depressive thoughts with positive peaceful, happy, and fulfilling thoughts. We invest at the emotional level by cultivating positive emotional states of being — peace, happiness, and fulfillment. And we invest at the physical level by minimizing all things that bring our system out of balance — whether glucose levels or hormones.

These include high sugar foods, wheat-based products, alcohol, drugs such as weed, coffee, and a lack of physical activity. We also implement regular cardio every other day — it releases feel-good hormones like endorphins and dopamine and makes us sweat. Sweating is essential because the skin is our largest organ and one of the most powerful ways to remove toxins from our body.

The cycle of ill-being is a self-reinforcing downward spiral — and the multi-directional cascade accelerates it in every direction at once. For example, a high sugar diet generates anxiety. That anxiety generates anxious thoughts which contribute to more anxiety which in turn affects our body in the form of feeling bad sensations.
